  • 4–5 course menu

Luxury Experience

$175/person

  • 5–6 courses

  • Premium proteins (filet, lamb, lobster)

  • Tableside moments (sauce poured at the table, etc.)

Prestige Experience

$200/person

  •  6–7 courses

She is known for building seamless, high-touch culinary experiences—from private plated dinners and curated tasting menus to luxury mobile cart activations designed for upscale events.

Her signature style draws from Caribbean influence and global flavors, reimagined through a fine dining lens. Each dish is crafted with high-quality ingredients, balanced textures, and thoughtful presentation, delivering food that is both nourishing and indulgent.

Ayannah is currently advancing her expertise through formal culinary training, where she integrates food science, technique, and leadership into her growing portfolio. Her work reflects a deep commitment to excellence, creativity, and discipline—both in the kitchen and in the guest experience.
